🌸 Sunday Feast – December 28 🌸
📍 @ Bhakti Yoga Center

Dear devotees & friends,

You are warmly invited to our Sunday Feast on December 28, with HG Stoka Krishna Das as our guest speaker.

🎶 Topic: “Sing and Discuss the Gopi Geet”

The program will be a heartfelt journey into one of the most beautiful and profound prayers of devotion found in the Śrīmad Bhāgavatam.

What is the Gopi Geet?
The Gopi Geet is a collection of verses sung by the gopīs of Vṛndāvana while they are deeply longing for the presence of Śrī Kṛṣṇa. Separated from Him during the rāsa-līlā, they express their love, surrender, and intense devotional mood through song.
These prayers reveal the highest expression of pure love (prema-bhakti)—selfless devotion where only Kṛṣṇa’s happiness matters. The Gopi Geet teaches us how the soul naturally longs for connection with the Supreme and how chanting and glorifying the Lord can awaken that relationship.

During this feast, we will sing the verses together and discuss their deep meanings, guided by HG Stoka Krishna Das, allowing us to connect more intimately with this sacred prayer.

🕉️ Program includes:
• Kīrtan & bhajans
• Class & discussion
• Loving association
• Delicious prasādam

Everyone is welcome—whether you are new or have been practicing bhakti for years. Come sing, listen, and immerse yourself in transcendental sound. 🌺

🙏 We look forward to welcoming you.
